This notice describes the information collected through the Olynne Electric LLC website.

Project requests and callbacks

When you submit a request, we save your name, project town, contact information, preferred reply method and the project details you provide. We use these details to respond, assess the work and manage your inquiry. We do not use the form to enroll you in marketing messages.

Requests are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database and available through an owner-protected inbox. Request details are also sent to office@olynne.com through Resend, our email delivery provider. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security; Google Workspace handles our office email.

Keeping requests reliable

The form uses a short-lived security token and a submission identifier to reduce abuse and duplicate requests. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in our request records. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate and secure the website.

Direct contact and other tools

Phone and email links open the relevant application on your device. This website does not include advertising tracking, third-party analytics or a live chat widget.

Your choices

Please share only information needed to discuss the project. You can contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have submitted. We keep inquiry information as needed to respond and manage the work, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
