Membership and eligibility are different things.

HPIN membership is a contractor requirement for the air-source heat-pump rebates described by Mass Save. Your project must also satisfy the applicable program requirements.

Bring these questions to the conversation.

• Who supplies your electricity and heating fuel?
• What heating equipment do you currently use?
• Will the heat pump replace or supplement it?
• What work has been done to insulate and air-seal the home?
• What equipment and installation timing are you considering?

Check the current program before committing.

Rebate categories, qualified equipment and eligibility depend on program rules and your circumstances. Review the official requirements before purchasing equipment or assuming a rebate applies.
